Surya Kriya - Review

We will review the practice of Surya Kriya once again, including the preparatory asanas and all 21 steps. You will receive feedback/corrections so that you can fine tune your practice. This is also a great opportunity to connect with others who are practicing Surya Kriya and share experience.

Pre-requisite for attending this class is that you must have previously learnt Surya Kriya taught through Isha Foundation or Isha Foundation trained Hatha Yoga Teacher.
